Part 3: Five feature questions

Which website do you visit most often and why?
I would say I visit HarmonyCentral quite often for guitar tablatures and in the course of my job I hit WindowsUpdate all the time, for patches and upgrades to my machines.

What did you last buy online and why did you choose that site?
I bought a Que Combo CD-ROM Burner, from CDW. I get great pricing and service from CDW, and I'm pretty loyal to them.

What would you miss most about the Internet? What, you mean if it were gone?
The food it puts on my table because my company wouldn't exist without it. But beyond that I would miss it because I would miss using it for my music endeavors so that would really affect me as an artist.

What was the best piece of IT advice you ever got?
KISS it, which means, Keep It Simple Stupid and in IT that means often it's the simplest thing that can cause the most consternation or confusion. But if you start at the simplest level of problem solving you don't waste as much time. For example, if the printer isn't working the first thing to check is the cable going to the power supply and the computer and the printer.

Which web personality would you most like to have dinner with and why?
The guys that publish The Onion. I read it daily and I think those guys would be great to have dinner with. You should always eat with people that make you laugh; it makes the food taste better.
