Part 5 : Five "feature" questions
Which website do you visit most often and why?
About.com. I used to be an about.com guide on heart disease and it has the most relevant, human-compiled information on EVERY topic you can imagine.
What did you last buy online and why did you choose that site?
Books. . Exceptional customer service!
What would you miss most about the Internet?
The interactivity, the connecting with people, the access to information on just about any subject.
What was the best piece of web advice you ever got?
Some years back, I was getting frustrated with the time drain in sending out my ezine every week, and was ready to give it up entirely. One of my ezine's readers told me to stick with what I believed in. I did. I continued with publishing my ezine. And today am glad I did. Do what you believe in.
Which web personality would you most like to have dinner with and why?
Two people really - David Yancey (Editor's note: Internet Business Forum's Chairman - flattery will get you everywhere Dr. Mani!) and John Audette (Editor's note: moderator of the I-Sales discussion list).
Both are real-life professionals with vast experience in their areas of specialization. They shifted over to the Internet and have translated their expertise in real-life management into successful Web models. And they are wonderful human beings, with a social and humanitarian agenda that goes on side-by-side, maybe even takes precedence over, the more pecuniary commercial endeavours!
