Which website do you visit most often, and why?
Soccernet -
I am an avid fan of all things football. I go there a few times every day.

What did you last buy online, and why did you choose that site?
A
printer from Simply Computers. They have always provided us with a good service and their prices are competitive.

What would you miss most about the Internet?
E-mail. Communication with dozens of friends and colleagues every hour of every day.

What was the best piece of web advice you ever got?
Never use [Microsoft] Outlook.

Which web personality would you most like to have dinner with, and why?
Bill Gates - is he a web personality ? At least I could be 99% sure that he would pick up the tab.

Stuart Pool is a founding director of KAN Design & Publishing Ltd, a provider of business solutions using Internet technology, based in Cambridge, UK. The company has been trading successfully for over 4 years, with clients including many national and international businesses. Before founding his own company, Stuart worked for several years in the IT industry in Cambridge, primarily as a software engineer and also in various customer support roles. Stuart is also involved with a new internet venture, MORAT Games. MORAT is a provider of on-line gaming services and Stuart has a key role as director of business development. Stuart shares with us his views on the web design industry, and the development of the UK Internet market.
